Garfield Park: Our November GFGM Wellness Series is Fermentation 101 with special guest Jeanne Calabrese, a master preserver who will walk us through basics of making ferments, including a hands-on demo to make sauerkraut and a brine. Garfield Park: Jumphire x GFGM collaboration to provide cooking and nutrition for participants to learn about navigating healthy eating through the holidays on Tuesday, October 31st.

Garfield Park: GFGM is planning for community meals on October 24th and October 31st to be delivered to nearby LoveFridges in South and West Sides of Chicago. One of the locations residents can access prepared ready-to-eat foods is outside the Stone Temple Missionary Baptist Church at 3622 W Douglas.
